DELIVERY TIMES

The preparation of orders takes place on the day following the order's receipt (excluding orders confirmed on Fridays and Saturdays, which will instead be shipped on Mondays, and national holidays).

Once our Courier has taken charge of the shipment, you will receive the tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress in real time and make changes to delivery times or days if necessary.

In case you do not receive the tracking number from the Courier, you can request it directly from our Customer Service. All orders are fulfilled only after verifying the actual product availability and payment. In case of errors or issues with order fulfillment, you will be refunded the charged amount.

Please note that during sale periods or limited edition releases, delivery times may experience delays due to high demand.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders coming from countries outside of Europe may be subject to the payment of customs duties and taxes. Any customs duties and taxes requested by the courier upon delivery are determined by the extra-EU country of destination and are entirely beyond our control. The payment of these customs fees is always the responsibility of the customer.

For certain bulky items, there is a fixed shipping cost of €15 for Europe and €30 for international shipments.
