IUTER x Adventure Time at White Street Market “Awareness” capsule collection

IUTER x Adventure Time “Awareness” capsule collection The first limited-edition release by IUTER for SS19 is the collab with Adventure Time (Cartoon Network). The “Awareness” capsule collection will be presented and available exclusively at the IUTER pop-up store at the White Street Market, held 12-14 January in Milan. General release online and at the IUTER Store Milano is planned for 24 January 2019.

Adventure Time is a cartoon created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network, it was first shown in 2010 and came to an end in 2018 with the release of the last episode.

The series tells of the adventures of Finn and Jake, respectively a child-hero with no magical powers other than his honesty, morality and purity and his magic dog, set in the post-nuclear “Land of Ooo”. Like many other Cartoon Network series, the fact that the series was designed for young children adds a psychedelic and hypnotic component for older viewers and the series is characterised by double entendres that a child’s mind would never pick up on.

The “Awareness” capsule collection born from the IUTER x Adventure Time (Cartoon Network) collaboration takes inspiration from the fifth episode of the first series, where a character with an evil snigger embodies Finn's fears and unsuccessfully tries to subdue the hero.

"Now enter my brain world and I will show you some aspect of yourself that you're not entirely aware of."

The collection includes a purple T-shirt and Hoodie with a special Purple Marble Wash (Awareness Tee/Awareness Hoodie), a black T-shirt and Long Sleeve T-shirt with Finn and Jake and the collab logos on (Finn and Jake Tee/Finn and Jake LS Tee), and a black satin Coach Jacket, with screen-printed graphics and a purple lining (Awareness Coach Jacket).
