For a couple of years we went everywhere with our FIAT Qubo. It took us to many skate tours, to Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich tradeshows, to Iuter Games and lots of snowboard weeks; seats are full of staints of salt water due to our surf weekends, we left the car at the parties when we were to drunk to drive back home; we slept so many times in the Qubo and we did some other things at well. Of course we used the Qubo for working: even if we produce Iuter clothing in italy, at a few kilometers from our HQ in Milan, we drove for endless hours to our suppliers and to show our collections to shops. FIAT Quboeven too us to Iceland! So, anyone wants to buy it second hand?
Ahah we’re joking. News is we broght back the Qubo to FIAT, and they replaced it with a seven seats Doblò! Yoooo!!!
Last spring and summer I drove for something like 2.500 km, traveling with Iuter family skaters, and with Enrico Polli Cerovac on my side. He always carries the videocamera with him, so he reported anything we hit and skated. And we skated hundreds of spots. Too bad, everytime we sent some pic to Iuter HQ, the guys at the office were like “Dudes, you’re having too much fun”.
And yes, we did! We paid a visit to any single amusing park on the way, having tons of rollercoasters rides. But just to wait for italian sun to settle down so we could skate till late, really late in the night.
So now you can witness Polli footage, edited in a seven minutes video. Me, i cant wait to the winter to go away to step in the FIAT Qubo and bring the Iuter skate family on a new trip.
The online shop is finally online! You’ll find a fine selection of top Iuter and Uppercut clothes, and some limited edition you won’t find in the shops, like Reset! limited edition set.
E per tutto il mese di novembre spedizione gratuita in tutta Italia!
Japaneses live in the future, not only as they’re eight hour forward in the time zone. Plus, everything they do, they push it to the extreme. That’s why Loop is the best fixed gear magazine in the planet, read by enthusiasms worldwide. Or they just look at the pictures as they cant read kanji. You got the point.
On the latest issue of Loop mag you’ll find tons of stuff about Iuter, as Brunei profile. He’s on of Iuter riders, thanks to Sexon Pista, the leader track biks shop in Tokyo. There are also many producst review, and if you carefully look the images below you may find the exclusive preview of a cohoperation we’ll tell more in a couple of weeks.
We just got the second chapter of Ludo Lussky’s video in Indonesia. At the moment our surfer from Switzerland is at home in Geneva, but in three weeks he’s going to leave again, this time for Australia.
Being at Skipass tradeshow was worth for just a couple of things: witnessing Marco Grigis and Jacopo Carozzi get secon and third place in snowboard and skate contest.
Marchino was so good riding the big jump, perfetly landing a double cork. There was nothing Jaakko Ruha, Stephan “Mu” Maurer, Markus Keller, Markus Koski Gjemund Braaten, Fredrick Evensen and Fredrik Austbo could do. The only one that rode better was Gerome Mathieu, spinning FS 1080 to the first place. Marco second place was a really good result, dont forget the kid is only 16 years old and this one was his very first international competition.
At the same time, in the indoor skatepark, Jacopo Carozzi got third place, just behind Marco Giordano and Fabio Montagner. Manual pad, street gap, china bank, double set and “the bara” were the obstacles for this particular contest, and the skaters were judged on every single one. Jacopino was the youngest skater getting into the finals, and the 14 years old kid rode strong on every single structure, getting a very good overall placement.
Tonight, after the first day of Skipass Tradeshow in Modena, there will be snowboard video premier of Random production “Too Much Too Serious“. It’s not just about the premier, as there’s also a wild party with Katzuma Nu Disco funky groove.
